ALCLOUD® Fireproof Aluminium Composite Panel

ALCLOUD® Fireproof Aluminium Composite Panel laminating two thin aluminium skins on a highly durable Polyethylene mineral-ore core. No matter whether they are used inside or outside, in case of emergency, panels will never catch fire easily due to the thermoplastic core.

Compatible with all fastening systems, these Fireproof panels are as strong as sheet metal panels but way more lightweight and easily fabricated with standard woodworking tools. ALCLOUD® A2 Class and B1 Class Fire-Proof Panels are IBC-Listed standards certified by your countries’ laws and standards.

ALCLOUD fireproof aluminum composite panel is a new type of metal-plastic composite material made of a special flame-retardant modified polyethylene plastic core material through polymer adhesive film (or hot melt adhesive) by hot pressing and painted aluminum sheet.

The core material of our fireproof aluminum composite panel is mostly white or light off-white, but it can also be customized into other colors or patterns according to your architectural designs.

Using high-precision aluminium coil as the Aluminium Skin of ALCLOUD® Fire-resistant Panel guaranteeing aluminum composite panels not only perform as expected in terms of fire protection functionality, but also do not lose their aesthetic appeal as a decorative building fireproof wall panel.

Flame-resistance Grades of ALCLOUD® Fireproof ACP

Thousand of people lose their lives in fire accidents yearly due to low-quality combustible material used in buildings. But, no more, we at ALCloud® offer affordable Fire-proof panels which will never catch flames for up to 2 hours. However,

Due to different working situations & Clients' budgets, we offer Fire-proof panels in many grades, each having its own flame-resistance capacity, the details of which you can see below;

Highest Non-Combustible ability; will never catch fire for up to 2-3 Hours.

Medium Non-Combustible; will never catch fire for up to 1-2 Hours.

Highest Fire-resistant, means it will resist fire for a good amount of time but will eventually ignite. However, as soon as you remove the fire source, it will self-extinguish.

Medium Fire-resistant, have the self-extinguish ability.

Lowest Fire-resistant; Have self-extinguish ability.

Still better than normal ACPs.

What is the Difference between PE core ACM Panel Vs. a Fireproof Core ACM Panel?

Both Normal & Fire-proof Aluminum Composite Panels have the same visible structure; Two thin skins of Aluminum Coated on a thermoplastic core with a special resin-based finish on the top. However, they have one major difference;

“Normal ACPs have an LDPE/ HDPE Core while Fire-Proof Panels have a special composition mineral-ore core ( 70% inorganic materials like Calcium hydroxide & Magnesium Oxide and 30% Polymer ).”

It should be noted that Normal-Core ACPs can resist fire for up to a max of 5 minutes, while High-grade Fire-proof cores can resist fire for up to 2 hours.
