PVDF Coated Exterior Aluminium Panel

ALCLOUD uses PVDF aluminum composite panels for exterior wall decoration.

PVDF coating is a metallic topcoat with Fluoropolymer (PVDF) fluoroplastic resin and unique pigments with excellent weather resistance as the main components. PVDF coating is the best topcoat for building materials with good corrosion, abrasion, pollution, and durability.

It has high strength and toughness under low temperature, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, high dielectric constant, UV resistance, good radiation resistance.

PVDF coating has super weather resistance. Outdoor use can reach more than 20 years.

High-Peel Strength

Aluminum Composite Panels are made by bonding two thin layers of Aluminum skins on PE / Mineral-ore core with an adhesive. Unlike others, we have our specially developed ALCLOUD® industrial-grade adhesive, which has a superior peel strength of 7.9kN / minute.

Light-Weight

The most significant feature of ACM Panel, as compared to pure metal sheets, is that they are almost 3 times light, which makes them easy to transport, handle, fabricate, & install, saving a lot of transportation and labor costs.
