Is the ALCLOUD brand a manufacturer?

Yes, we are an overseas brand founded by Shandong FAME Group, specializing in building materials. Our factory is in Linyi, Shandong, and the ALCLOUD office is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.

Can I come to see the production of the factory or inspect the goods?

Before the Covid-19, we received dozens of waves of customers every year to visit our factory. You are more than welcome to come; this is the cornerstone that allows us to build a long-term partnership.

What were your sales in the previous year?

Our annual sales last year were about $45 million, of which exports accounted for 30%.

What is the nearest port to the factory?

The factory is in Linyi, the logistics center in central China, which can reach Qingdao port in 2 hours and deliver goods to Shanghai and Ningbo ports within one day.

Can you provide free samples?

Yes, you are very welcome to ask us for samples. You can send us a sample request form from any of the conditions on our website.

How long does it take to deliver a 20' GP container order?

The delivery can be done within 20-30 days in general for standard colors and requirements.

What is the accepted payment terms?

30% advance payment and the remaining 70% payment should be paid against the copy of shipping docs.

Can you provide aluminum composite panels with fireproof core?

We are the best supplier of fireproof core aluminum composite panels in China.

B1 and A2 fireproof cores are available.

What can I do if there is a quality objection after the goods are harvested?

Although our complaint rate is less than 15%, we still have a perfect quality objection solution. We suggest you visit our resource page for the details.

Do you accept OEM orders?

Yes, we accept OEM orders. However, since Alcloud has a high product positioning, we also have high requirements for OEM orders.
